Salesman, Michael Beltram, said he would repair an issue on the used car that we purchased prior to us taking ownership. We believed the repair had been done and purchased the car and drove it home only to find out that the issue had not been repaired. We had to pay over $650 to have the repair done correctly with our trusted mechanic and not at Steve Rogers Ford. I will never go back to this dealership for a car or service again. Other than dirty fingerprints all over the glovebox, the service was good. I was used to getting a car wash with service, but maybe that is not a thing anymore (or was only at a Lincoln dealership?).

If an oil change coupon states a price and the price will actually be higher, you should say so beforehand. Surprise! I could have gone to the shop around the corner for the price I ended up paying. I won't nitpick about anything. It's the money. It's always the money.

The service work is fine... however, one of the employees is very rude (to everyone) and especially discourteous to women. Nate (Nathan???) needs to learn how to properly interact with customers. This has been the most positive dealership experience I’ve had in the Toledo metropolitan area. I purchased this Maverick new in 2021 at Maumee Brondes Ford, and have been searching for respectable service ever since. Steve Rogers service advisors were respectful and informative. Their service technicians performed requested services, and were mindful of the condition they left my vehicle in.

The recall was taken care of the by dealership handle everything was handle in a timely manner. I would recommend Steve Roger’s Ford to friends and family always happy with them.

I had questions about a recent scheduled service and the manager immediately called me to advise the details. I was VERY pleased with the prompt and courteous response to my inquiry and will continue to have my warranty and regular services at Rogers in Waterville.

A pesky check engine light came on, and when an auto parts store free scanned the car's computer kicking out a trouble code that confused me. I took my car to Rogers Ford, and they diagnosed the problem. I thanked them, but opted to make the recommended fix on my own because the work was in my knowledge zone. No dissatisfaction with the Rogers crew. I decided to trust my skill to remedy the problem.The auto parts store free scan could not give me the total remedy that the Rogers crew did. Thanks Rogers!

The service at Steve Rogers Ford cannot be matched. The are extremely knowledgeable and communicates through the entire process.

Overall the mechanical service and the service representative at the desk was good, but when I got into my vehicle to go home it was all greased up from the mechanics that serviced it. The steering wheel, console arm pad, drivers side door arm rest was greased up, and the drivers floor mat was all boot printed up. I had to fully wipe down and clean my vehicle afterwards. The mechanics need to show a little more respect!

The service was disappointing and my issue is still not resolved. . I was given my vehicle back. I was told we need to wait for the Ford tech people to return from holiday. I called back and there was no answer resolution and no returned call. I still have not heard a reply and no resolution to the issue.

I was able to make my appointment when I wanted it. Once I was at the dealer, I was in & out within 40 minutes! Thanks!!!!

The gentleman i dealt with at the service counter was rude and acted like I was another to him to help,the tech had no idea what was wrong with truck even though they knew the day before in less than 5min,them wanted to charge me $500 to replace a $45 part that took me 10 min to do and they still charged me $225 fee for plugging scanner in for 5min,have had them do all my repair work before but will not be going back.

One of the few dealers that will work on RV's.I have always had good & prompt service here.They work magic on finding parts for an older RV(1999) Latest service was to replace a failed speed sensor(abs) & an oil change.

The service department was exceptional. There communication was great and timely. I couldn't have asked for better service.
